All bookings are final- no refunds except for customers who have bought tickets from Viator (24 hour advance cancellation is allowed). Your tour date may be rescheduled one time only with 24 hour advance notice. Please email us at info@baltimoreghosttours.com should you need to reschedule.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or abusive to our staff.
Tours leave promptly at the time noted on your ticket, and no refunds will be issued to people who are late and miss the tour. Please be at least 15 minutes early to the tour and check in with us when you arrive. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the tour and find parking!
